These flashbacks are all part of the process and can manifest in various ways. It is common to gain weight around your midsection, have blurring vision, wake up at various hours that should progress over time and then gently release. You are in ascension. There is a point on your chest about two inches below your collar bone on either side you can feel for. It should be more intense and tender and serves as an emotional valve. You want to find that tender point press gently and exhale deeply. You can also practice EFT tapping gently along you face if you are in a place that allows for you to do so comfortably. If you don't know what EFT tapping is, I encourage you to research and try.
You may also want to hold your hand to your heart in instances that seem overwhelming or as you feel a thought come through and gently close your eyes for a moment and affirm:

You must have a variety of tools to choose from so that you can continue to move along the spiral in ascension with ease, love and compassion for yourself. Create your own affirmations keeping words and phrases in the positive.
